We have recently updated our dashboard, allowing you to tailor your email preferences for Reposits that you have not personally created. This information guide will cover two new functions:

  1. The ability to turn off all notifications for Reposits which were not created by yourself.

  2. The ability to receive email notifications for either the start of the tenancy, end of the tenancy, or both for all organisation activity (regardless of whether you have created the Reposit, or are a Reposit user).

To access the new features on your dashboard, follow these steps:

  • Login to your account through our website - www.reposit.co.uk

  • Click ‘Account’ from the left-hand menu

  • Select ‘Notifications’

Email Settings Function

This function is available to all users regardless of whether you are an admin user of Reposit or not.

The default setting will be that you receive all other users' Reposit emails. If you enable the toggle (which will show as green), you will only receive notifications for Reposits which you have created and no one else’s from your organisation.

If this toggle is enabled (green), it will override the functionality outlined below for Pre-Tenancy and Tenancy Management Recipients.

Pre-Tenancy Recipients Function

We have built this feature so that any email address can be added to the list of recipients who will receive emails for all Reposits during the pre-tenancy phase.

Only the admin user of the organisation can add or remove individuals from this list. If additional admin users are needed, please email hello@reposit.co.uk stating who else on the account needs to be granted admin access.

Individuals added to this list do not need to be a Reposit user.


To add a recipient, click ‘Add someone to the list’ and enter the email address and finish by clicking ‘Add email’.

Email addresses added to this list will receive all emails for the creation of a Reposit, up to and including the Reposit’s completion. Anything after this point will fall into the ‘Tenancy Management Recipients’ category as outlined below.

Tenancy Management Recipients Function

This function works in the same way as the Pre-Tenancy Recipients function does. However, it only applies to email notifications after the completion of the Reposit, such as extension and end of tenancy emails.

Again, only the admin user of the organisation can add or remove individuals from this list. If additional admin users are needed, please email hello@reposit.co.uk stating who else on the account needs to be granted admin access.

Individuals added to this list do not need to be a Reposit user. You can add any email address to this list.


Don’t forget, if you have the toggle enabled (green) in your email settings, you will not receive any Pre-Tenancy or Tenancy Management emails regardless of whether you have been added to these lists.
