If the landlord details change, for example if the property is sold, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, please send an email to Reposit (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following information:
The full property address
The names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit and tenancy agreement
A signed deed of assignment or new tenancy agreement with the new landlord's name
The new landlord's name and email address
