Mid-Tenancy Change: Landlord Change
Mid-Tenancy Change: Landlord Change

If the landlord details change, for example if the property is sold, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, please send an email to Reposit ( with the following information:

  • The full property address

  • The names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit and tenancy agreement

  • A signed deed of assignment or new tenancy agreement with the new landlord's name

  • The new landlord's name and email address

Note: If there is a change of management, please refer to Mid-Tenancy Change - Transfer of Management.
