Mid-Tenancy Change: Change of Guarantor

What should I do if the guarantor details change during the tenancy?

If the guarantor details change, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, log in to your Reposit dashboard and find the corresponding Reposit. In the "Tenants" section, you can select one of the following options:

  • Add Guarantor: If a guarantor was not added at the start of the tenancy, or the tenant's circumstances have changed and they now require a guarantor who meets our full Reposit referencing eligibility criteria.

  • Edit: If the tenant's guarantor has changed and the new guarantor meets our full Reposit referencing eligibility criteria.

  • Delete: If the tenant no longer relies on a guarantor and meets our full Reposit referencing eligibility criteria on their own.
