What should I do if the landlord details change during the tenancy?

If the landlord details change, for example if the property is sold, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, email Reposit ( with the following information:

  • The full property address

  • The names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit and tenancy agreement

  • A signed deed of assignment or new tenancy agreement with the new landlord's name
