What should I do if the landlord details change during the tenancy?
If the landlord details change, for example if the property is sold, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, email Reposit (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following information:
The full property address
The names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit and tenancy agreement
a Section 3 Notice, informing tenants of a change in ownership and a Section 48 Notice, providing a contact point for tenants
The new landlord's name and email address
