This article explains the steps you need to follow if there is a change of landlord during a tenancy with an active Reposit.

What should I do if the landlord details change during the tenancy?

If the landlord details change, for example if the property is sold, you will need to update the Reposit. To do this, email Reposit (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following information:

  • The full property address

  • The names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit and tenancy agreement

  • A signed deed of assignment or new tenancy agreement with the new landlord's name

  • The new landlord's name and email address

Note: If there is a change of management, please refer to Mid-Tenancy Change - Transfer of Management.
