Once you have submitted your end of tenancy charges, you will not be able to add any further charges to the system at a later date. A pop-up notification will appear when you submit your charges, reminding you of this restriction.

Therefore, please ensure you have included all relevant charges before clicking ‘Submit’. If needed, you can save your charges as a ‘draft’ and return to them later.

Important to note:

  • Our process is designed to mirror traditional cash deposits. Once deductions are agreed upon and submitted, no additional deductions can be made.

  • For example, if you submit a £200 charge for cleaning, you will not be able to log in three days later to add an additional £200 charge for damages.
