If there are charges due at the end of the tenancy, the managing agent is required to submit them through the Reposit dashboard. The tenant will be notified once charges are submitted and will have the option to respond with a proposal through the Reposit dashboard if they do not agree with the initial charges. Please note that a proposal can only be submitted once.

If this initial proposal is accepted, the case will be settled and closed. However, if the proposal is rejected, the managing agent will submit their final amount, and the tenant will have the option to either accept the final offer or submit a formal dispute for the case to be reviewed by an independent adjudicator.

Reposit is dedicated to a transparent process; therefore, all responses need to be made through the dashboard, as any correspondence outside of the dashboard is not considered a response to the charges.
