The tenant is always given 7 days to either accept or dispute a claim from the date it was submitted.
If there is no response from the tenant after 7 days we will automatically accept the claim on their behalf and charge their card. Tenants agree and sign to these terms before being allowed to purchase their Reposit.
If the auto-charge is successful the claim money will be sent to your bank account within 2 working days.
If the auto-charge is not successful, Reposit will have 28 days to recover the money from the tenant. In the event that the 28 days elapse and we have not been able to recover the money, our insurance partner, Canopius will pay you out the claim. The money will be sent to your bank account within 2 working days.
