Your tenant would have been notified of your claims. They now have 7 days to review these claims and either accept or reject.
If they accept, they will then pay the claim directly via the platform. Your agent will receive the claim money in 2 working days.
If they reject, then they will need to submit their counter argument and wait for the final conclusion from the independent arbitrator.
In any given situation the maximum period of time you will wait for any fair claim payment will be 28 days.
