We understand that from time to time there may be mistakes made on the Reposit or last-minute changes to the tenancy.
Please see below the action you are required to take if one of these situations arise:
Typo in the property address
This only applies to genuine errors or exceptional circumstances which you must make us aware of.
If this is the case please email Reposit (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following:
- The correct address which should reflect on the Reposit
- Please send a signed copy of the original AST
Change of the start date of the Reposit
If this is the case please email Reposit (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following:
- The correct start date which should reflect on the Reposit
- Please send a signed copy of the original AST
For all of the above scenarios, if you have raised the end of tenancy charges prior to noticing the error, the cover may become void for the landlord, so please ensure you let us know as soon as possible.
