Mid-Tenancy Change - Landlord Change

If during a tenancy the landlord details change, for example, the landlord sells the property, then the Reposit will need updating. 

 

You will simply need to send us an email (hello@reposit.co.uk) with the following:

  • The full property address and the names of the tenants as stated on the Reposit
  • A copy of the signed deed of assignment or new tenancy agreement with the new landlord named
  • You'll need to provide us with the new landlord name and email address

Once received we can get that changed over for your immediately. 

 

If there is a change of management of the property with the change of landlord, please let us know and we can transfer the Reposit to the relevant person or organisation.
