Does the Tenant Fee Ban affect Reposit?

As a third-party service, Reposit is a permitted fee when it is a free choice of the tenant. Agents/Landlords cannot require tenants to use a deposit alternative product unless they fully agree and have been given a choice. 

In some cases, a traditional cash deposit may be more appropriate. We encourage agents to discuss with tenants the best option for them so that they can make the most informed decision.
